In principle any other nationality who claims requires a visa to
enter Spain should apply for one from Spanish Embassy or Consulate in the home country, except those who are in any of the following situations:
- Do not require a visa for stays of less than three months (in a six), those nationals of one of the following countries: Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Brunei, Bulgaria, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Costa Rica, Croatia, El Salvador, Slovakia, Slovenia, United States, Estonia, Guatemala, Honduras, Hungary, Iceland, Israel, Japan, Latvia , Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, Nicaragua, Norway, New Zealand, Panama, Paraguay, Poland, Czech Republic, Republic of Korea, Romania, San Marino, Vatican, Singapore, Switzerland, Uruguay, Venezuela, regions special administrative PRC of Hong Kong and Macao and those countries belonging to the European Union.
- Do not require a visa those whom he recognized as a refugee.

Where do I apply for a visa?
Applicant can process his application though Spain Embassy or
Consulate for the address of the applicant. Both the application and the
visa will be collected personally, although in certain cases it may appoint a
representative.
Such a
request is pending before the embassy or consulate in the home country of each
applicant. Note that the application and collection of visa must be made in
person, you can check with your respective embassy or consulate if you can
designate a representative. A return ticket must be confirmed for formalities
necessary for tourism or family visit in Spain for a period of time less than ninety
days.
Documents to
be submitted at the Consulate:
- The form.
- 4 pictures recent passport.
- Passport.
- Air ticket roundtrip ticket or reservation.
- Health Insurance International.
- Evidence of financial resources themselves, if the applicant is financially dependent, the documentation will be the parent, spouse or children.
- Evidence of accommodation : a) Booking hotel or tour by the total travel time. b) If relative or friend invitation in Spain: affidavit of invitation and photocopy of ID card or current residence who invites. The certificate includes accommodation invitation only.
Keep in mind
that whenever deemed necessary by the Consulate may require additional
documentation.
